The CA6525 Megohmmeter Insulation Tester is designed to be straightforward and convenient for measurement with a generous backlit display It has a programmable high and low thresholds trigger 'beep' sound, meaning there is no longer a need to read the values to verify the result. It also has a timer function which can automatically measure time with a stopwatch display. The CA 6525 also has lead compensation meaning precise measurement in continuity is guaranteed. The device also has automatic voltage detection which prevents insulation measurements from being made in the presence of a dangerous voltage level. the device is also protected against external loads as well as discharging high voltages when testing is over.
